01Agreement
These Terms are between you and [Company legal name]. By using MapRPM you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
02Who can use MapRPM
You must be at least [16] and hold a valid driver’s license to record drives or ranked runs. You are responsible for your account and for keeping it secure.
03Safe and legal driving
You are always responsible for how you drive. Obey speed limits, traffic laws and road conditions. Never handle your phone while driving. MapRPM is not a race, and nothing in it asks you to break the law. Read Driving Safety.
04Your content
You own the routes, photos and text you add. You give us permission to host and show them in MapRPM. Don’t post anything illegal, hateful, sexual, or that shares someone else’s private information. We may remove content and accounts that break the Community Guidelines.
05Pro and purchases
Pro is a yearly auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple, at $44.99 a year. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. It renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
06Revs and virtual items
Revs and Shop items have no cash value, can’t be sold or transferred, and are a license to use them in MapRPM. If Pro ends, Pro items stay owned but are unequipped.
07Ending your account
You can delete your account any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that cheat, harass others or break these Terms.

09Apple
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for MapRPM or its support, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. You can also use Apple’s standard license agreement instead of writing your own.
