The short version. We use your location to record drives and verify runs. Your live location is never shown to anyone until you share it. We do not sell your data or track you across other companies’ apps.

03How we use it
- To record your drives and show your history, stats and heatmap.
- To time ranked runs, check them on our servers and place them on leaderboards.
- To award XP, levels, trophies and Revs, and to run the Shop and Pro.
- To show friends what you choose to share, and to send the notifications you turn on.
- To keep MapRPM fair and safe, for example by finding simulated or tampered runs.
- To answer your support requests.
04Who can see what
Public: your username, profile photo, public routes and the runs you publish to leaderboards. Friends: what your privacy settings allow. Live location: only the people you choose, only while you share. Make your profile private in Settings at any time. Raw GPS traces are never shown to other drivers.
05Service providers
We share data only with companies that help us run MapRPM, under contracts that limit what they can do with it:
- Supabase: database, file storage and sign-in.
- Mapbox: maps, place search and directions. Map requests include the area you are viewing.
- Apple: Sign in with Apple, payments and push notifications.
- Google: Google Sign-In, if you choose it.
- RevenueCat: subscription status for Pro.
- Cloudflare: hosting for this website, with anonymous visitor counts that use no cookies.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
06How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your data within [30] days, except anything the law requires us to keep. Backups are cleared within [X] days.
07Your choices
- Change Location and Motion access any time in the iPhone Settings app.
- Hide your profile, stop sharing your location, or delete single drives and runs.

08Children
MapRPM is for licensed drivers. It is not meant for children under [13], and we do not knowingly collect their data.
